Jennifer is wonderful. Her kindness and attention to detail make a very difficult process so much easier. Unfortunately, recently, I have had the occasion to use Jennifer’s services twice. In July 2025, I was fortunate to discover her for the cremation of my dear aunt. She showed such great respect and care for my aunt, and our family, it was a comfort working with her.<br><br>Then, with the greatest sadness, my beloved Mother passed away on October 26, 2025. It is so terribly devastating. I knew that I would call no one other than Jennifer for her cremation. Again, she was exceptionally kind, and deeply respectful of my Mother. When my Father was at the office to sign the papers authorizing her services, Jennifer was so gentle with him. My Father was extremely grief stricken. He is elderly and hard of hearing. She made certain he could hear without embarrassing him. He had questions regarding the process. Jennifer answered him truthfully, but very gently and carefully not to upset him more. I am grateful for that.<br><br>When the most important people in your life pass, please let me recommend Jennifer. Her manner is a comfort. The care and respect she shows the deceased is exactly as you want them to be treated. Plus, she carries out all services with the utmost professionalism and effectiveness.<br><br>Finally, the itemized expenses are stated upfront on the website. The charges do not deviate from the stated list. She does not try to upsell you, or make you feel guilty. Never does she mention additional services or pricey extras. She performs a service very well, and all charges are discussed before any money changes hands. Plus, you are already aware of the list of services and the total cost from the website. I understand this is not the case at many other establishments. Jennifer never takes advantage of your vulnerability.<br><br>I can’t say enough good things. Give her a try. You won’t be disappointed. In some of my darkest times, she has offered comfort. Her kindness and expertise at her services eased my mind and my heart. My beloveds were in good hands.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing throughout the passing of both my parents. We used her services for not just one of my parents but both. She provided very professional and prompt services with them both. She is also a very kind and compassionate individual whom is both very skilled and passionate about her work field.
