John "Eddie" Taylor, 60 of Clinton departed this world into to his heavenly home on the peaceful Sunday morning of May 19th ,2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 23rd, 1963, to Leon Charles Taylor Sr and Judy Ann Roberts Taylor. Eddie was an avid bass fisherman. He could often be found on his boat looking for his next big catch. When he wasn't fishing, he was playing softball or playing the guitar at TruthWay Baptist Church. Eddie is reunited in heaven with his mother Judy Taylor, mother-in-law Shirley Seiber his grandparents, aunt and uncles. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Teresa Taylor, his father Leon Charles Taylor,his children DeAnna (Ben) Lane, Eddie Pratt, Jonathan Taylor, Jordan (Crystal) Taylor, His stepchildren Ashley Moser, and JJ (Hailee) Moser and his bonus daughter Makaylynn Moser. His grandchildren Hayden, Tori Lynn Taylor, soon to be born Andrew John Taylor, Jason Luallen, Jaxon & Stormi Moser, Maleah, Maggie, Gabriel and Nathaniel Farrow and he was a papaw to many others. His siblings, Spike (Teresa) Taylor, Theresa Taylor Burgess, and Shane (Lavancha) Taylor as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Special niece and granddaughter Alisha and Evelyn Raines. Special friends Brian & Meghan Farrow. His faithful companion Scooter. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for the care they gave Eddie, and to all family and friends for their thoughts and prayers. Per Eddie's wishes there will be no services.
