Jimmy Wayne Barber

Jimmy Wayne Barber, born in Knoxville, TN on August 25, 1974, died April 17, 2025. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents Jimmy Barber and Linda (Ingle) Grieff, grandparents Wallace and Ruth Barber, William and Bessie Ingle, sister Teresa Grubb and nephew Billy Grubb. He is survived by his brother Johnny Barber and nephew Harley Grubb.

He served in the United States Marine Corps.

As we say farewell to Jimmy, we celebrate a man who was truly one of a kind. His memory will be treasured in the hearts of his loved ones and friends forever. 

Family and friends will meet at 1:45 PM on Thursday June 12, 2025, at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway for a 2:00PM graveside service.

Jimmy's obituary was submitted by his loving family.
