Douglas Howard Rice

Douglas Howard Rice, age 66, of Seymour Tn, passed away, December 25 2024. He was the son of Morris and Bernice Rice. Douglas was loved by friends, and family, and all who knew him. He loved to travel, the beach, and hunting for shark teeth. Doug was a gentle, sweet, kind soul, who didn't hesitate to help those in need. Douglas is preceded in death by sisters Joyce Baker and Glenda Laney and brother James Rice. He is survived by his wife Andrea, brother Phil, stepdaughters Paige Wisell, Abbie Locke, Carli Locke, son in-law Joe Wisell, beloved grandson Joey, and dear friend and cousin Jeff Palmer. He is in the loving arms of Jesus Christ, and will be missed until we meet again, with the Lord.
