Bill Martin Howard, Sr.. Age 59, Passed Away Thursday, May 9, 2024 in Rockwood, TN Bill was born in Columbus Ohio, and he was the son of Lilly Mae Martin Howard and Donald Lee Howard. Bill spent a lot of his time outdoors he enjoyed taking long walks, flying motorized planes and taking the boat out on the water. He loved black and white Movies, Comedy, listening to Music and watching the News. He Especially loved his Children he loved spending time with them, His children was his life, Bill spoke of God and the Bible often. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by His Parents Lilly mae martin Howard His Father Donald lee Howard his brothers Steven Conley , Rick Conley His Daughters Erica Howard, Lisa Howard and his grandson Xavier Glanton.

Bill is survived by his Girlfriend Kimberly Jones, daughters. Melinda Howard, Melissa Howard, Madeline Howard, Mahranda Howard and Lilly Howard. Sons Bill Howard, Austin Howard, Jesse Howard and Andrew Howard. 22 grandchildren, 2 Great grandsons, and his brothers Darryl Conley , Ardy Conley, Many Cousins and Friends.

The family is planning a celebration of life at a later date in Ohio with his loved ones.
